It found 863 bank lines never reconciled, £1.4m overdue receivables and £1.48m overdue payables, and 543 of 811 invoices with no VAT wording. Live since 18 September 2026: an invoicing system that, on two ticks, renders the PDF, files it, and creates a draft invoice in Xero with a draft email in the mailbox — checked every minute, nothing sent. A bills robot is built and awaiting switch-on. By the client's own rule of one hour per invoice and thirty minutes per bill, the two cover 380 hours a year.
It runs on its own server. Catalogue, product data, images, copy, pricing, feeds, promotions, customer service and reporting are handled with AI systems — the same pipeline, the same sign-off before anything goes live.
